Harder is a little questionable. Is it different for women to lose weight? Certainly. And yes, likely a little more difficult as well.

1. You will naturally have more body fat than men. You won’t be going down into the single digit body fat percents like you see on male body builders – regardless of what your goals are. Women carry more fat than men – that’s just fact.

So the short answer is yes, women do tend to have a more difficult time with losing fat than men do. However, it’s important to note that it’s also a little different so do pay attention to what is working for your body and keep going with that.
